From Jan 1 our family have leased an allotment. One of many new allotments on our island. As yet the allotments are a greenfield, untouched for a few years except by regular mowing of the grass. BIG plans for our new garden, it's like a wonderful present. Veg,veg, veg and a cutting patch of flowers, shed,compost, social gatherings, outdoor cooking, space, contemplation, and drinks of all kinds. Posts at intervals to show progress.
